VARIN, Roger Rene – At the Cornwall Community Hospital – McConnell Site on Tuesday April 16, 2019. He was 91. Beloved husband of the late Margaret E. (Miller) Varin. Dear father of John (Anne), Bryon (Sharon) and Allan Varin (Janet), Patricia Anne Amelotte (Gilles) and the late Barbara Varin. Survived by one sister Muriel Phillips. Sadly missed by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Albina (Lalonde) Varin and 2 brothers, Marcel and Gerald. In keeping with Roger’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family, Rite of Committal will take place at St. Columban’s Parish Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
