Roland (Rolly) Rochon
December 12, 1954 to May 27, 2025
He passed peacefully, with a sister by his side at the Hospice Wellington in Guelph on the morning of May 27, 2025 at the age of 70 years. Rolly was devoted to his mother, providing help and companionship during her final years. He was a generous person who was willing to help people less fortunate than himself. During Rolly’s retirement years, he was enjoying international travelling until his final month.
Rolly will be sadly missed by his siblings, Paulette Heard (Tom), Lucie Rochon (Rich Feutz), Jo-Ann Drew, Debbie Parisien (John), Roland was predeceased by his parents.
He will be remembered by his nephews, Jeffrey Heard (Natasha) Greg Heard (Andrea), Matthew Parisien (Vero), Kevin Drew, Sarah Parisien (Scott) and Michael Drew.
He will be remembered by his great nieces and nephews. Micaela, Nathaniel, Ethan, Pearl, Charlie, Mathias, Fred, Callum and Tali.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside service held at a later date at Notre Dame Cemetery in Cornwall.
