Montroy, Ronald “PA” — At Cornwall Community Hospital on Friday February 14, 2020. He was 78. Beloved husband of the late June Kiernan. Loving father of Shelley Brissard (Tim), Lynn Montroy-McPhail (Kevin), and Steven Montroy (Sheri). Sadly missed by his grandchildren; Joshua, Sebastian, Dylan, Zachary, Koby and his great grandchildren; Hayley, Alyssen, Avery, Peighton, Finley and Allegra. Also survived by his siblings Carol-Anne Denis (Jean-Claude), Denise Frappier (Michel), and Raymond Montroy (Linda). He is predeceased by his parents Denis and Mable (King) Montroy, his siblings; Sheila Rochon, Eddie Montroy, Christina Lalonde, Marylyn Bonneville (Fred), Theodore (Ted) Montroy. Family and friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Thursday February 20th from 7-9pm and Friday from 9:30 am-10:30 am. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis de Sales Church, 434 Second Street West, Cornwall, ON, on Friday February 21, 2020 at 11am. Cremation to follow. Rite of Committal to be held at St-Columban’s Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
