Sandra Elizabeth Kruszel (Elwell)
1941-2023
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Sandra Kruszel (Elwell) on Thursday October 12th, 2023 at the age of 81. Born in Montreal, Québec on November 8th, 1941 to Aubry and Grace Elwell. Sandra is pre-deceased by her devoted husband of over 55 years Ted Kruszel, her parents and her cherished brother Brian Elwell. She is survived by her loving children, Alan Kruszel (Lorraine Régnier) of Newington, ON and Daria Kruszel (Yanick Turcotte) of Rigaud, QC; and her caring grandchildren Samuel, Sophie, Stéphanie, Noah, and Ethan. Sandra will also be greatly missed by her step daughter Karen Kruszel of White Rock, BC as well as her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Sandra grew up in Verdun, QC and later in life Sandra and her husband moved to Williamstown, ON to enjoy life in a small quaint village. Sandra was involved in many community groups such as the Williamstown Green Thumbs and the Ladies Guild of St Mary’s Parish. She was renowned throughout the community for her great baking and was a frequent contributor of baked goods to many local events. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Parish Williamstown, ON at 11AM on Saturday October 21st, 2023. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Funeral Home, Cornwall, ON.
