Portieous, Sandra – on Friday, July 17, 2020. She was 61. Loving mother of Shaun Belanger (Tanya). Sadly missed by her grandchildren; Summer and Kayleigh. She is predeceased by her parents Clifford and Irene (Eastman) Losey. Cremation services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. Rite of Committal at the St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the O.S.P.C.A., would be appreciated by the family.
