Sean Michael Hazuda (Tankk) passed away in his 56th year, peacefully in his sleep, on March 6th with his wife Sandy by his side.
He is predeceased by his mother Lorraine Hazuda and father John Hazuda.
Survived by children Justin, Micheal, and Taylor. Also, grandchildren Cassy, Jackson and Zoey. As well as, siblings Shelly, Lynn, Cindi and Johnny.
