MARTIN, Suzanne (née Lalonde) – Mrs. Suzanne Rona Martin at Cornwall Hospice on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. at the age of 66 years. (Retired Employee of 43 years – Scotiabank, Cornwall). Beloved wife of 47 years to Mike Martin. Loving mother of Lynn Martin (Kylan Rapai) and Shari Martin. Sadly, missed by her grandchildren Jacob, Noah, Declan and Gabrielle. Loved daughter of the late Adalbert and Evelyn (née Lepage) Lalonde. Dear sister of Ronald Lalonde (Helen). Also survived by her loving mother-in-law Cecile (née Mongeau) Martin, and many brother and sister in laws and friends. Predeceased by her brother Adalbert Jr., and sisters Rona Parisien (Remi) and Paulette Lalonde. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Friday January 11, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Saturday from 9-10:30 AM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church Saturday January 12, 2019 at 11 AM. Rite of Committal at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall. In lieu of flowers Donations in her memory to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
