At the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus on Saturday January 30, 2021 age 92 Years. Sybil Eva (Ouderkirk) Blair formerly of Moose Creek. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Blair. Loved mother of Terrence Arthur (Cathy), Richard (Dawn) and Peter. Cherished sister of Doris Porter of Ottawa and ‘Billie’ Lorraine McNutt of Rocky Mountain House Alberta. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jonathan Duncan (Christina), Justin Arthur (Erin), Coleman, Logan, Connor, Adam, Thomas (Kristen) and her great grandchildren Mirranda, Jessica, Ava, Kip, Gunnar, Mason and Makenna. Predeceased by her parents Earl and Clara (MacIntosh) Ouderkirk and her siblings Keith Ouderkirk, Dale Ouderkirk, Lorna Reightleg, Ruth Cramb and Iva Kimberly.
