Theresa Quesnel (Lalonde)

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Quesnel. Loving mother of the late George Quesnel, Roger Quesnel (late Dianne), and Suzanne Boisvenue (late Gilles). Cherished “Memère” to her grandchildren Pierre (Amanda), late Roch, Stephanie (Jimmy), Martin (Karen), Anik (Bernard), and proud “Memère T.Q” to her great-grandchildren, late Nathaniel, Shelby, William, Cassidy, Amy, Jacob, Elizabeth, Isaac, Alexis, and Spencer. Dear sister of Romeo, Georgina, Rosabel (Marcel). Predeceased by her parents George and Margaret Lalonde (nee Kitts), and by one sister Eva, and by four brothers Henry, Daniel, Rheal, and Ernest. Also survived and will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Our family would like to give a big thank you to NP Vanessa Gagne for her kindness and compassion and support during this difficult time and also to Dr. Arccardi. A special thank you to Bayshore PSW Joanne Beland for her kindness, generosity, compassion and great care to our mother. You will always be in our hearts Joanne. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South Alexandria (613-525-2772). A private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Finnan’s Catholic Church. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
