Thomas “Thom” Pritchard
Monday, March 8th, 1943 – Thursday, October 14th, 2021.
Thomas Edward Pritchard of Dunvegan, age 78 years, surrendered his life of pain peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus, on October 14, 2021, with Lisa by his side. Thom was a talented graphic designer, a master curler, an excellent furniture restorer and a legendary host and bon vivant. He was the beloved husband of Elisabeth “Lisa” Chapman, the loving father of Darin (Tara), Trevor, Aaron, Tyler, and the proud grandfather of Samantha. Predeceased by his parents Edward Frank Pritchard and Elizabeth Ethel Fowler. He will be sadly missed by his brother, Don Pritchard (Carolle) and by his close cousin Brian Ogilby (Gwen). Thom’s many friends will fondly remember him and grieve his passing. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. Maxville (613-527-2898). At Thom’s request, a proper memorial ‘piss’up’, where friends and family can laugh, cry and celebrate a life fully lived, will be organized at a later date.
