Passed peacefully, with family by his side, on Sunday August 20, 2023 at the age of 89 years. Dear father of Gary Janoska, Dale Janoska (Leann Jacobs) and Christina Janoska-Jeaurond (Mike). Cherished grandpa of Andrew (Melissa Pinkerton), Kayla Hrkach (Benjamin), Jeno, Hannah, Kady and Nadia and great grandfather of Cameron, Brielle, Archer, Dexter and Beverly. Son of the late Mihaly Jánoska and the late Veronika (née Péter) Jánoska. Predeceased by his son Michael, his infant son Ivan, his brothers, Gary and Jeno, his sister Ica, his former wife Laurette Boileau and his companion Kathy. Tibor will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by family and friends near and far. The family would like to extend a thank you to the staff at Sandfield Place LTC for their care and compassion. Resting at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, August 27 and Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Funeral. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday August 28, 2023 in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
