On Thursday, July 8, 2021; age 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Frank Owen. Loving sister of Rene Primeau. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Albertina (née Saucier) Primeau. Also predeceased by her brothers; Alex, Albert, Lawrence, Ovila, Joseph and by her sister Alberta Primeau. Victoria will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Resting at LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482).
Due to Covid 19 regulations, an attendance controlled visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
