It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Vincent Richard Taillon at the Ottawa General Hospital at the age of 85 years. He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 64 years Marlene, dear son Richard (Kim Larue-Taillon), cherished grand-son Justin Taillon Lafrance (Karine Lelievre) and beloved sister Wanda Welcher (Ronald) and sister-in-law Lillian. Vincent is pre-deceased by dear children Vince and Barbara and loving siblings John, Kenneth and Olive. In keeping with Vincent’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial mass will be held on Wednesday October 18, 2023 at 11:00am at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church, 434 Second St. W, Cornwall, ON with Fr. Kevin Maloney officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
