Peacefully at his home on Friday, January 24, 2020. Warren Joseph “Sunshine” MacKinnon of Alexandria; age 61 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Louisa MacKinnon (nee Bauer). Loving father of Kirsten and Malcolm MacKinnon. Predeceased by his parents Adelaide McKinnon and Charles MacKinnon. Caring brother of Brian (late Danielle), Joan, Shirley, Mac (Linda), Ben (Sandra), Lloyd (Joan) and Sharon. Cherished brother-in-law of Karl Bauer, Michael Bauer and Marianne Sauvé (Claude). He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main Street South, Alexandria, (613) 525-2772 on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Finnan’s Cathedral, on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 11a.m. Cremation will follow.
