William “Bill” Charles Johnson, passed away peacefully on Thursday January 27, 2022 at the Cornwall Community Hospital. Husband of Jeanne (Morin) Johnson. Father of Timothy Johnson (Mary) and step-father of Carole Sauve-Fallon (Patrick), Allan Sauve (Donna) and the late Mark Sauve. Bill will also be remembered by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cremation services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. Interment to follow in the spring at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to extend a warm Thank You to the Palliative Care Unit at the Cornwall Community Hospital and all the doctors involved in Bill’s care, the Ottawa Heart Institute, Chartwell Chateau Cornwall-the management team and staff for the excellent support and TLC and to the staff at the M.
