PARADIS , YVONNE (Patenaude) – Died peacefully surrounded by her three loving sons, at the Glen-Stor-Dun Lodge on Thursday June 6th 2019, at the age of 96 years. Loving wife of the late Marcel Paradis Sr. Dear mother of Raymond (Anne), Jacques (Linda), Richard (Lucy), Francine (Maria) and the late Marcel Jr. Cherished grandmother of Josee, Renee, Phillip, Julie, Kelly, Patrick, Daniel & Marc and great grandchildren Olivia, Jenna, Lily, Felix, Nicolas, Gabriele, Christopher, Dorothy, Maggie, Cecily, Penelope, Parker, Shawn & Alex. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Aime and Theotise (Paquette) Patenaude, brothers Romeo, Edgar, Rolland and Ubald, and sisters Esther Denis, Adrienne Ethier, Fernande Leroux and Desneiges Desnoyers. Funeral services entrusted to M. John Sullivan, 341 Pitt Street, Cornwall. As per Yvonne’s request, a private funeral liturgy was held followed by the Rite of Committal at the St. Lawrence Valley cemetery. A sincere Thank You to all the staff and volunteers at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge for the exceptional care mom received during the past 9 years.
