A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was charged Jan. 3 with sexual assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
It is alleged during the summer of 2023, the youth assaulted his girlfriend, says the Cornwall Police Service.
His name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
