Canada Day in the City of Cornwall

Canada Day will affect municipal services:

  • Municipal offices are closed on July 1.
  • Waste collection will be delayed by a day on Friday. The landfill will also be closed Friday.
  • Regular Cornwall Transit buses will not be operating on July 1. Cornwall Transit will be offering free shuttles to Lamoureux Park however. You can find a schedule at: cornwall.ca/transit/
  • Splash pads, outdoor pools, and parks are open.
  • Municipal Works can always be reached at 613-932-5354.
