The Cornwall and Area Chamber of Commerce held its latest Pub Night at Cornwall’s newest hotel, Hampton Inn by Hilton. Approximately 100 local professionals attended the evening networking event. Councillors Sarah Good, Todd Bennett, and Denis Sabourin presented acertificate from the Mayor and Council to Maninder Sidhu and Swinder Jawanda, celebrating the hotel’s grand opening.
Chamber General Manager Angela Bero took the opportunity to introduce the newly elected Board of Directors from its AGM earlier, stating, “We would like to congratulate our new Board of Directors.” The board features Cristian Urroz as President, Eric Tremblay as Vice President, Jaclyn Cecereu as Treasurer/Secretary, and Directors Kristin Davey, Grant Edwards, Amy Malyon, Maxwell Ming, Patrick Mulligan, Gabriel Riviere-Reid, Brock Wilson, and Martha Woods.
The event, catered by Butlers Restaurant, provided a fantastic opportunity for professionals and business owners to relax, connect, and broaden their networks. In addition, guests had the chance to win prizes, including hotel stays.
