Effective Tuesday, March 1, 2022, anyone attending City Hall, the Cornwall Civic Complex, Benson Centre and the Cornwall Aquatic Centre will no longer be required to present a proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

“Having received official confirmation this past weekend from the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU), we are now able to confirm that as of March 1st, proof of vaccination will no longer be required in order to access the City’s recreation facilities,” said Manager, Recreation & Facilities Jamie Fawthrop.

The arena promenade, located within the Cornwall Civic Complex, will be open for walkers, from 7 am to 9 pm daily. Walkers are asked to access the facility through the Aquatic Centre’s entrance.

It should be noted that masking requirements as well as physical distancing will continue to apply when visiting City facilities.
