CORNWALL, Ontario – A 27-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Feb. 7, 2019 and charged with sexual assault. It is alleged in Oct. 2018, the man inappropriately touched his girlfriend and police were contacted to investigate. On Feb. 7, 2019, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Feb. 28, 2019. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
