CORNWALL, Ontario – Michael Bieser, 62, of Ingleside was arrested on Nov. 21, 2019 and charged with resist arrest.
It is alleged while investigating an unwanted person call, the man was uncooperative with police and resisted arrest.
He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Dec. 17, 2019.
