CORNWALL, Ontario – Shawn Collins, 21, of Ottawa was arrested on June 26, 2019 and charged with transportation fraud, as well as breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man did not pay for his taxi fare from Ottawa to Cornwall and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
