The Cornwall Police Service has charged a 24-year-old man from Cornwall with domestic assault with a weapon, domestic assault and domestic assault causing bodily harm.
It is alleged April 30, the man choked his ex-girlfriend and struck her in the face several times. Further investigation revealed in July 2024, the man struck the woman with his motor vehicle.
