CORNWALL, Ontario – Lochard Jean-Jacques, 27, of Quebec was arrested on Saturday, March 2 and charged with the following:
- Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine
• Possession of cocaine
• Possession of ecstasy (MDMA)
• Possession of property obtained by crime
• Breach of probation (for failing to keep the peace)
It is alleged the man was stopped at the Port of Entry and found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine pills, cocaine, and MDMA.
Police were contacted and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
