CORNWALL, Ontario – John Pecore, 37, of Cornwall was arrested on March 28, 2019 and charged with theft under $5,000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on March 28, 2019, the man took a parcel from outside a residence that did not belong to him and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, police located the man. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on April 25, 2019.
