CORNWALL, Ontario – Justin Roddy, 48, of Cornwall was arrested on April 3rd, 2019 and charged with threats. It is alleged on April 3, 2019 the man made threats to kill employees of a local organization. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
