A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle at approximately 9:25 a.m. this morning on Second Street West at Westmoreland Avenue in Cornwall.
The motorist fled the scene. The woman is currently receiving treatment in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Cornwall Police Service is asking for any witnesses to come forward.
