Fraud investigation leads to two arrests

DUNDAS, Ontario – On March 9, 2017 at approximately 10:58 a.m., SD&G OPP and Crime Unit officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at business properties in the Villages of Iroquois and Winchester. Investigation indicated that two males had used a variety of false identification in order to obtain goods. Both males were intercepted and arrested.

Ntumba NGALULA (52) of Montreal, Quebec is charged with;

– Possession of an Identity Document (7 counts)

– Fraud Under $5000 (3 counts)

Selmentou PIERRE-LOUIS (37) of Longueil, Quebec is charged with;

– Fraud Under $5000

– Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)

– Fail to Comply with Recognizance (2 counts)

Both were held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
