CORNWALL, Ontario – It was another sold out night at the 12th Annual Seaway International Wine Festival held at the Ramada Inn in Cornwall – with $14,000 raised for a pair of local charities.
Guest enjoyed an evening of gourmet foods, wines, spirts and live music and the funds raised went to Rachel’s Kids and the local United Way.
“We were very excited to be one of the charities of choice for the 12th Annual Seaway International Wine Festival. Being part of such a wonderful event brings awareness to Rachel’s Kids and confirms the strong impact that Rachel’s Kids has in helping families in need,” said Dr. Rachel Navaneelan chair of Rachel’s Kids. “Thank you to all who was involved in making this event happen. It was an honour to be a part of.”
Scotiabank and Pommier Jewellers helped sponsor the event as well as local radio.
