CORNWALL, Ontario – If you have a Lotto Max MaxMillions ticket, you might want to check the numbers.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has confirmed one of three tickets sharing a $1-million MaxMillions prize from the Nov. 6 draw sold in the Seaway City is still unclaimed.

The remaining two were sold in other provinces.

Dita Kuhtey, manager of media relations at OLG, told Seaway News that tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

OLG officials said they don’t know who the winner is, as they have yet to step forward. And while the winner is likely from the city, or surrounding area, it’s also possible they were just passing through town and bought a ticket along the way.

The $60 million Lotto Max jackpot was split by two tickets sold in Western Canada and Atlantic Canada, and there were lots of prize winning tickets sold in Ontario, including seven other winning MaxMillions prizes.

For each $5 play, Lotto Max players receive three sets of seven numbers ranging from one to 49. Players must match all seven numbers, in any one set, to win the jackpot and the Maxmillions prizes.
