CORNWALL, Ontario – A portion of Highway 401 near Ingleside has been closed as emergency crews deal with what police are saying is an accident involving multiple tractor-trailers.
The westbound section of the highway is closed at marker 772 near Ingleside.
Traffic is being detoured in the area. There is no word on injuries.
The OPP also tweeted that it has received “several reports of vehicles in the ditch.”
Rain, mixed with snow is helping to make driving conditions in the Cornwall area a little slick.
