SOUTH DUNDAS, Ontario – On Jan. 18, 2019 at approximately 3:02 a.m., Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, with the assistance of OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit, responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Circle K convenience store in the Village of Iroquois, South Dundas Township.

Investigation indicated one unknown suspect entered the store with a weapon and demanded cash and cigarettes. The Suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction of the scene with a quantity of Canadian Currency and tobacco products.

No injuries resulted.

The suspect is described as follows;

–             White Male, Caucasian, 5’7″-5’8″, slim build, wearing a black jacket with a black hoodie, covering his face with a white cloth, wearing black pants, black shoes with 3 white stripes on it and blue eyes.

The SD&G OPP Crime unit continue to investigate.
