SOUTH STORMONT, Ontario – Fire Services in South Stormont, South Dundas, North Dundas and the City of Ottawa implemented burn bans on the morning of Aug. 3 due to hot and dry conditions.
Temperatures around Cornwall are expected to feel like they are above 30 degrees with the humidity with less than a 50 percent chance of rain until next Wednesday at least.
No burn bans had been issued in South Glengarry, North Glengarry, North Stormont or in the City of Cornwall as of 10 a.m. Aug. 3.
