CORNWALL, Ontario – A city man threatened to punch a cop and handcuff him to a pole with his own cuffs on Monday, according to Cornwall police.
‘Round one goes to the law’
City cops said on Monday the 19-year-old called them to attend a Brookdale Avenue residence in relation to an earlier call where police spoke with him.
The situation turned for the worse when police arrived on the scene. The intoxicated man attempted to serve his own brand of justice to the officers.
He now faces a threats charge.
Jordan Cadieux was taken into custody and later released to appear in court on September 2.
