CORNWALL, Ontario – Jean Mitchell, 21, of Cornwall was arrested on Nov. 23, 2018 and charged with cause disturbance, threats and assault police.
It is alleged on Nov. 23, 2018 police attended the area of Montreal Rd. and Lawrence Ave., where the man was causing a disturbance by yelling and screaming, as well as making threats to harm two men who were not known to him. The man was subsequently taken into custody, at which time he attempted to assault a police officer. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
