CORNWALL, Ontario – A 50 year old Cornwall man was arrested on July 6, 2017. It is alleged that between January 2013 and July 2015 he made video recordings of his step-daughter and her friend without their knowledge and for a sexual purpose.
He also inappropriately touched both individuals. Police were recently contacted and an investigation was conducted. He was subsequently charged with 8 counts of Voyeurism, 3 counts of Making Child Pornography, 3 counts of Sexual Assault, 3 counts of Sexual Exploitation, and 1 count of Possession of Child Pornography. He was held for a Bail Hearing. His name is not being released in order to protect the identity of the victims.
