CORNWALL, Ontario – Jessica Wright, 22, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 25, 2018 and charged with theft under $5,000.
It is alleged on Sept. 14, 2018 the woman attended a Ninth St. grocery store and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Sept. 25, 2018 the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Oct. 18, 2018.
