CORNWALL, Ontario – There’s plenty of opportunity to catch some live music in the city, this month.

Lola’s Pub continues its wonderful tradition of live music, this summer… Coming up next on the main stage, JD Edwards, front man of The JD Edwards Band, and Cara Luft, co-founder of The Wailin’ Jennys, team up together as The Small Glories. This dynamic duo from Winnipeg, will be gracing the stage at Lola’s on June 20. They will be joined by special guest The Tracy Lalonde Band (Dylan Groulx & Pamela Cumming). For ticket information call Lola’s and or further information about the acts visit them at www.thesmallglories.com and www.tracylalonde.com.

Back by popular demand, Lola’s will be hosting its “Acoustic on the Patio” Sunday Series, all summer. The line-up, so far includes: The Heroin Hayride, June 7; Eric Francis, June 14; Roxanne Delage (moi) with Rod Robillard, June 21; and Rory Taillon (of Rory Taillon and The Old Souls), June 28.

Also at the Legion, The Ring of Fire: A Johnny Cash Experience featuring June Carter will take the stage on June 13. “The first time we played Cornwall we were the first band to play the Port Theatre in over 50 years,” said Andy Vickers, who plays the “man in black.” “Since then, we’ve grown to love the city of Cornwall and all the people we have met. So share some love and support back, invite your CASH frenzy friends to this event and experience the best re-enactment around.” Tickets are available at Melody Music, Cornwall Square Kiosk and at the Cornwall Legion.

Live at the Port, Malice and Monsters One Of The Premiere Tributes To Alice Cooper, June 12, with opening act Little Miss Taken; Captain Fantastic, A Tribute to Elton John, on June 13; and Hair Force One, will relive 80s metal on June 27.
