CORNWALL, Ontario – With the holiday season fast approaching Tony Lacroix, owner of Love Love Food Café, Bistro & Bakery, sees the opportunity for charity and unity.
Love Love Food is hosting a fundraiser on Dec. 6th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m for Baldwin House called Drink, Mingle, and Create. “We wanted to do something a little different before the mad dash of the holidays,” Lacroix said.
With the purchase of a $30 ticket, individuals are invited to the cafe and make their own gourmet drink, socialize, and create their own jumbo cupcake. The café offers hot chocolate, coffee, and apple cider with toppings and other selections. Love Love Food is offering all of its decorating resources for use including fondant rollers, sprinkles and icing. “It’s a great place to learn a new decorating technique.” Lacroix said.
Every tier of this draw will receive a Hair-Colour-Makeup Makeover from Shorteez. The proceeds of the draw will go directly to Baldwin House.
Participants of any age are invited to enjoy this evening of gourmet drinks and cupcake decorating. Tickets are on sale at Love Love Food Café, Bistro & Bakery and Royal Lepage Performance Realty for $30.
