CORNWALL, Ontario – If you’re not in the Christmas spirit following this annual event, chances are you might never be.

The United Way’s Holiday Wine and Gourmet Tasting event goes Nov. 21 at Nav Canada and event chair Angie Baker said patrons will feel the spirit of the season as soon as they walk through the door.

“It’s going to be spectacular,” she enthused. “It really is. The decor is all about the magic of Christmas.”

And the treats…oh, the treats.

Nav Canada chef Luc McCabe has prepared a delectable menu for the evening and the wine tastings are sure to impress as well, said Baker.

“Luc has really outdone himself this year,” she added.

Last year the event raised $38,000 for the United Way, and more of the same is hoped for in 2015.

“We always want more to help the United Way meet their campaign goal,” said Baker. “You always want to beat the previous year.”

More on the event can be found here, including ticket prices and locations for pickup.
