CORNWALL, Ontario – Penny Patterson, age 46, of Etobicoke, Ontario, was arrested on Sept. 18, 2017. It is alleged that between November 2015 and March 2016 she collected rent money from several tenants in Cornwall, as an employee of a property management company.

She provided rent receipts for the money she collected, but did not forward the money to the property management company. In July 2016, police were contacted and an investigation was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division. She was subsequently charged with seven counts of Fraud Under $5, 000 and seven counts of Uttering a Forged Document. She was released to appear in court at a later date.

BAIL VIOLATION

CORNWALL, Ontario – Keith Seyeau, age 42, of Cornwall, was arrested on Sept. 18, 2017. He is currently bound by a Recognizance Order with the relevant condition to report to the John Howard Society as per the Bail Supervision Program. On Aug. 29, 2017, he failed to do so. On Sept. 18, 2017, he attended police headquarters at 340 Pitt Street in order to deal with this matter. He was charged with Breach of Recognizance. He was held for a Bail Hearing.
