Arrest for dangerously driving a dirt bike

CORNWALL, Ontario – Richard Zeran, 48, of Cornwall was arrested on Jan. 12, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged while driving a dirt bike on Sept. 10, 2017 the man who is disqualified from driving failed to stop for police and drove in a dangerous manner in the area of Prince Arthur St.

A warrant was then obtained for his arrest. On Jan. 12, 2018 the man was spotted on York Street by a member of the Cornwall Community Police service. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT CAUSE BODILY HARM

CORNWALL, Ontario – Joseph Johnson, 51, of Cornwall was arrested on January 12, 2018 and charged with assault cause bodily harm. It is alleged during an argument on Jan. 12, 2018 the man assaulted a 58-year-old Man known to him causing an injury that required medical attention. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH

CORNWALL, Ontario – Marc Racine, 42, of St. Andrews was arrested on Jan. 13, 2018 and charged with breach of undertaking for being outside his residence between the hours of 10pm and 6am and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged in the early morning hours of Jan. 13, 2018 the man was spotted in breach of his conditions. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
