CORNWALL, Ontario – Carole Berthiaume, 60, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with the following:
Assault with a weapon
Uttering threats
It is alleged that on Sept. 3 the woman made threats to harm her neighbour and threw a plate towards him.
Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.
The woman was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
