CORNWALL, Ontario – A 53-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on Oct. 5, 2018 and charged with sexual assault x 2 and incest x 2.
It is alleged on two occasions in December 2017, the man sexually assaulted his daughter and police were contacted to investigate. On Oct. 5, 2018, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Nov. 15, 2018. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
