CORNWALL, Ontario – Donovan Conlon, 32, and Heather Chaloux, 29, both of Orleans, were arrested on Oct. 7, 2018 and charged with the following:
Donovan Conlon:
- Assault
- Assault with a weapon x 3
- Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
Heather Chaloux:
- Threats x 3
- Assault
- Assault with a weapon
- Mischief under $5,000
It is alleged on Oct. 7, 2018, the man was operating a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner, ramming it into another motor vehicle multiple times. The driver of the other motor vehicle was allegedly assaulted by the man, and assaulted with a cup by the woman. It is further alleged the woman caused damage to the motor vehicle and made threats to harm the occupants inside. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the man and woman were taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
