CORNWALL, Ontario –  A 41-year-old Morrisburg man was arrested on June 18th, 2018 and charged with breach of undertaking for contacting his ex-girlfriend.

It is alleged on June 13, 2018 the man called his ex-girlfriend despite his conditions. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 18, 2018 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as the conditions stem from a domestic incident and would identify the victim in the matter.

CORNWALL, Ontario – A 25-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 18, 2018 and charged with breach of undertaking for contacting his ex-girlfriend. It is alleged on June 5, 2018 the man contacted his ex-girlfriend despite his conditions. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 18, 2018 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as the conditions stem from a domestic incident and would identify the victim in the matter.

CORNWALL, Ontario – Christopher Lynch, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on June 18, 2018 and charged with breach of recognizance for contacting a certain person and being outside of his residence without his surety. It is alleged on June 18, 2018 the man attended the residence of a certain person, despite having conditions to not communicate with that person. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH, CRIMINAL HARASSMENT

CORNWALL, Ontario – A 23-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 18, 2018 and charged with breach of a non – communication order for having communicated with his girlfriend. The man was also charged with criminal harassment and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged between February and March, 2018 the man repeatedly contacted his girlfriend, despite being on conditions not to communicate with her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 18, 2018 a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service attended the Cornwall Courthouse as the man was in custody on an unrelated matter. He was charged accordingly and remained in custody to await a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the incident.
