CORNWALL, Ontario – Steven Dufresne, 49, of Cornwall was arrested on July 14, 2018 and charged with theft under $5,000.
It is alleged on July 12, 2018 the man attended a Ninth Street store and removed a pressure washer making not attempt to pay for the item as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On July 14, 2018 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Aug. 16, 2018.
