CORNWALL, Ontario – James MacFarlane, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with the following:
Robbery
Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
Breach of undertaking for failing to notify a change of address
Failing to keep the peace
It is alleged that the man demanded money from a man known to him while brandishing a knife on Oct. 17. The man was located by police after an investigation ensued, taken into custody and charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
