Man allegedly causes disturbance at Maxville business

North Glengarry, Ontario – Michael Lalonde, 28, of North Glengarry was arrested and charged with the following on Monday, Feb. 25:

  • Cause Disturbance
  • Being intoxicated in a public place (Liquor License Act)
  • Engage in prohibited activity on the premises (Trespass to Property Act)

OPP officers responded to a report of a suspicious person inside a business on Maxville Main St. at approximately 4:54 p.m. on Feb. 25.

The man was held in custody pending an appearance in the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
